2.5 oz Pierre Ferrand Dry Curaçao
2.5 oz elderflower and rose soda, I used Belvoir Farm’s
1 passion fruit seeds
1 lemon, sliced in thin rounds
Pinch of sea salt
1 bottle of Prosecco
Cut fruit in wedges and add all ingredients to a pitcher or jar. Mix and let rest for 5-10 minutes then add a bottle of Prosecco. Top with a little grapefruit sparkling water and tajín.
