Return Policy
We are happy to accept returns on full-price items that are in unused condition with original packaging. Items must be returned within 15 days of receiving your order.
When trying on our shoes in the comfort of your home, please be sure to wear them on a clean surface to avoid any potential damage to the soles. Should the shoes be returned, we do ask that they are in unused condition to remain eligible for a full refund.
All shoes returned will be thoroughly surveyed and reviewed when received back in our studio. Once approved for restocking, your refund will be issued in the original method of payment. Refunds can take up to 5-7 business days to process, contingent upon your bank.
Please return items inside the original shipping box or a sturdy box of similar dimensions to prevent potential damage during shipping. We can not accept returns if there is extensive damage to the shoe box or if the shoe box has been used as the shipping box.
When trying on clothing, please be mindful to avoid any contact with materials that could damage the piece in the process - this includes and is not limited to pet hair, deodorant, makeup, food, etc. We request that each piece is returned in the condition in which it was received by the customer. Returned clothing must have original tags attached and no visible damage.
Original shipping costs will be deducted from the return total. All sale items are final sale.
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange your purchase, please return your original item for a refund and visit our website to purchase a replacement. Please contact hello@beatricevalenzuela.com within 15 days of receiving your order and provide a brief reason for your request.
All custom orders are Final Sale and non-refundable.
All Apothecary is Final Sale and non-refundable.
All fundraiser merchandise is Final sale and non-refundable.
Items purchased under the sale section or listed as final sale are non-refundable.
Shipping Policy
Domestic:
Beatrice Valenzuela ships UPS Ground. Shipping rates for domestic purchases are calculated at checkout. You may review your shipping rates by viewing your cart prior to checkout.
Your order can take up to 2-7 business days to arrive. Please keep in mind rural addresses can sometimes result in longer delivery periods.
We strive for orders placed before 2:30pm PST to be shipped the same day of purchase. This can fluctuate depending on sales, weekends, holidays, item availability and volume of orders. Otherwise, please allow up to 48 hours of the receipt of the order before requesting further shipping information.
We do not offer free shipping at this time. While Beatrice Valenzuela is promoting a free shipping code, we are unable to add promotional codes/refund for shipping retroactively to purchases.
Please ensure that your order is being delivered to an address where you can safely acquire your package, as we cannot take responsibility for stolen packages.

We do not ship on holidays or weekends, and our studio is also closed at the aforementioned times.

Beatrice Valenzuela ships UPS International. We offer flat fees for international shipments.

Taxes and duties
The prices of our products are expressed in US dollars which include US taxes. Prices at checkout exclude customs taxes and duties specific to the international customer’s government. Customers will be charged for taxes and duties once the package enters their country of delivery. All applicable taxes and duties shall be borne by the customer.
Any duties or taxes charged to the customer are contingent upon the country of delivery and are not the responsibility or under the control of Beatrice Valenzuela Studio. Unfortunately we cannot estimate how much in duties and taxes fees the customer will incur, but the local customs agency should be able to estimate the price ahead of time should the customer inquire.
Beatrice Valenzuela cannot be held responsible for any action and/or costs and/or taxes and/or delays due to customs over which it has no control.
We will not falsify the prices of our items on customs forms or mark international purchases as gifts for recipients.
