Pavielle, a dear friend, photographer, and long-time collaborator of BV, walked in many moons ago to meet me for a drink wearing the most elegant and one of a kind vintage dress. We borrowed it for inspiration, studied it, and had some delicate changes made for it to be available for us all to enjoy and revel in. Unique for its handsewn finishing touches, all the while crafted in crepe de chine silk, the Pavielle Dress has two slits up the sides for comfort, offering a most sensual appeal. The garment snaps at the shoulder, can be buttoned up to a high neckline or unbuttoned if one desires to. A zipper lives on the side, making it most easeful to slip on and off in a moment’s notice.
