Return Policy

We are happy to accept returns on all full-price items. We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange your purchase, please return your original item for a refund and visit our website to purchase a replacement.

Items may be returned within 15 days of receiving your order.  Items must be returned in new/unused condition and original packaging must be intact and in sellable condition. Please return inside original shipping box or a sturdy box to prevent damage. We do not accept returns if there is extensive damage to the shoe box or if the shoe box has been used as the shipping box. Returned clothing must have original tags attached.

 

How to Return – USA

  • All domestic returns must be requested by emailing [email protected] Please email us within 15 days of receiving your order and provide a brief reason for your request. We will reply with an RA# and prepaid shipping label by the Wednesday following your email. Domestic returns are free. Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of receiving your return label. Beatrice Valenzuela is not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, notify us by emailing [email protected] within 3 days of delivery.
  • Return requests that do not meet our policies may only be accepted at our discretion.

How to Return – International

  • Please contact [email protected] within 15 of receiving your order and provide a brief reason for your request. We will reply with an RA#. You will be responsible for return shipping, and any custom fees must be paid by sender. Tracking is highly recommended as we are not responsible for any undelivered or lost packages. Please note that original shipping is non-refundable. Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of receiving your RMA#.

Refunds

We will issue your refund via Paypal on the Wednesday after we receive your items back.
